Summer 2025
Summer wraps us in its grace,
Soft breezes in a warm embrace.
The fragrant blooms, the colors bold,
Each memory a story told.
With laughter echoing through the air,
We find our joys, and burdens share.
A fleeting season, bright and grand,
Forever cherished, hand in hand.

If there's something most women love, it's the word, "cozy"! Every season brings a fresh excitement about the prospect of creating a beautifully decorated home for each season. Something new I learned recently is how popular the word "hygge" ('hoo-guh') has become. In case you're not familiar, it's a Danish concept that embodies cozy, comfort, and well-being through simple and everyday experiences. Hygge emphasizes creating a warm atmosphere and enjoying life's quieter pleasures, whether alone, or with family and friends. The term in Norwegian means "well-being". It encompasses warmth, light, seasonal food and drink, and a sense of contentment and security in life's surroundings. Whether one is a stay-at-home mom, a working mom, or single professional with a busy life schedule, women love and need the contentment of beautiful surroundings in the home to provide mental clarity and physical relaxation.
Years ago, I started a journey of creating a home space that would bring me peace, comfort, and tranquility. Home should be a haven. A comfortable space in which you can relax, breathe, and find joy in a simple life. I became a professional home organizer because I needed a guide. A starting place. A great help in my time of need. If you don't know where to begin, just start small. Organize and create a harmonious and balanced home one room at a time. Take some time and be mindful of what elements and space make YOU happy, relaxed, and less stressed. Life is too short. You CAN do it!
