Individual Coaching Plans
Individual Sessions: *Includes essential digital tools and resources
Single 60-minute sessions: $40
Package of (4) 60-minute sessions: $150
Package of (6) 60-minute sessions: $210
*Google Meet Sessions
*An e-book for the program, along with information forms will be emailed. A client information intake form and waiver must be signed and returned, and payment made 48 hours before the first session begins in order to join the remote session. A Google Meet link will be sent the day before the session.

Small Group Programs
Restore and Reclaim Program – Two Group Dates and Times are Available. Total: $192 (Max. 8 clients per group)
The program consists of six 90-minute weekly Google Meet sessions, including a client “Restore and Reclaim” Canva digital workbook. *Sign up for a free online Canva account.

Choose from the following “Restore and Reclaim” program dates:
Option 1: Every Tuesday, September 30th through November 4th from 6:30p.m.- 8:00p.m. (CST)
Option 2: Every Saturday, September 13th – October 18th from 10:00a.m – 11:30a.m. (CST)
Your personal, digital workbook copy, ‘”Restore and Reclaim”, along with information forms, will be emailed you. My background of twenty-five years as an educator combined with my own life experiences, allows me to provide compassionate and effective guidance. What are some differences between life coaching and therapy?
The differences between therapy and life coaching can be summarized as follows:
